Internet application BENEFIT serves as a part of special services offered together with selected products via ING Employee Benefits. This application is dedicated to wide range of employers throughout the Czech republic and especially to their employees. The main aim is to provide our corporate clients with possibility to govern their policies via Internet when using their own PC. On the employer side, the main benefit appears in declining burden with collective payments administration

- Security conditions commonly used in e-banking perform application standards (valid certificate accessible directly in application)
The application is in compliance with the current security standards used in electronic banking (also a security certificate is issued for these purposes that is accessible directly in the application).
The client carries out his/her login through his/her user name and password, which will be generated by the system, so nobody else knows this password. To ensure a maximum security and confidentiality of the displayed data it is necessary to change the primarily allocated password immediately after the login under this password. It is not possible to continue working with the application without this change. The administrator (= employer) will receive a password from an employee of the department for Employee Benefits who will train him/her for the work with the application directly in the company at the same time. You have the possibility to contact our operators in the Contact centre with possible questions in the same way as in case of other ING services.
