Pension Insurance

Pension insurance is described in Act 42/1994 on pension insurance with state contribution.

Pension Plan describing the conditions of payment of contributions and drawing of pension insurance benefits forms a part of the contract on pension insurance with state contribution.

Investment policy of the pension fund is described in the Statute of the Pension Fund.
