For the purposes of these Internet pages www.ing.cz (hereinafter only Internet pages) the below mentioned entities operating on the territory of the Czech Republic create together the ING Financial Group (“ING Group”) and they are also marked in this way within these Internet pages. Purpose of pages

Internet pages of ING Group are determined especially for quick obtaining of overview on mission and activities of individual members and further on for publishing of information for ING Group clients and for other purposes, which can result from contract arrangements between a client and a member of ING Group or from regulation and supervision by the relevant bodies above its members.

Responsibility of operator of pages

ING Group publishes, checks and regularly updates information mentioned on the Internet pages. Still, a case may occur when certain data mentioned on the Internet pages continuously change and this not due to ING Group will and therefore it cannot take over a guarantee for the correctness, completeness and topicality of such provided data.

ING Group reserves the right to change the Internet pages, and this whenever during their existence whereas it is not obliged to give notice of carried out changes.

Due to technical characteristics and the way of Internet operation it is possible anytime that damage or change of information mentioned on the Internet pages will occur, and this independently of the will of ING Group. In such a case ING Group is not responsible for information displayed to Internet pages user mistakenly.

The statement concerning the Internet pages is adequately valid also for all other pages, to which the Internet pages make a reference. ING Group is not responsible for the contents of such other pages, to which the Internet pages make a reference as their contents change without the awareness of ING Group. Connection of a user to these other pages runs at his own danger and ING Group is not responsible for the contents of these pages, to which the user gets after such a carried out connection.

Rights of user of pages

The user can use, save, hand over, copy or make a reference to information mentioned on the Internet pages through hypertext references, and this in a way that is not in contradiction with generally binding legal regulations and that does not damage the good name of any of the ING Group members.

During use the user acknowledges that URL of individual parts of ING Group Internet pages might not be equal under all circumstances.

If the user uses the Internet pages as a source of information, he/she is obliged to mention this whereas he/she must not change this information under any circumstances and the file with information must be always opened in a new explorer window.

Legal provision

ING Group Internet pages are protected by copyright and rights of authors of individual published texts according to copyright, Act No. 121/2000 Coll., on copyright, on rights connected with copyright and on change of some laws in the topical wording where exceptions from the protection according to the right in public interest are defined according to provision § 3 of Act No. 121/2000 Coll. According to provision § 30 of Act No. 121/2000 Coll. user of the Internet pages www.ing.cz has the right to print or copy the texts of pages for his/her personal need under the condition that he/she will use such acquired materials exclusively for this purpose and will not intervene in the contents in any way or undertake any other intervention in copyright in the sense of the provision § 11 and 12 of the Act No. 121/2000 Coll.

The above-mentioned provisions do not have an influence on individual agreements between a client and a member of ING Group resulting from mutual legal relations regulating publishing of information on Internet pages, changes of these information and their liability differently from the data mentioned above.
