ING Real Estate deals with the implementation, financing and administration of assets in the field of real estate. Two separate divisions of the company deal with development as well as real estate administration and asset management. ING Real Estate has had its operations in Europe, Asia, North America and Australia.
ING Real Estate has been active in the Czech Republic since 1990. Until today, the company has developed a number of adventurous projects both in the Czech Republic and Hungary.
The most famous projects include the residential complex De Gaulle, the Dancing House, also known as Ginger and Fred, the Zlatý Anděl business and retail centre in Prague's Smíchov quarter and the Villa Bianca housing estate. Other projects in development include the multifunctional complex ARENA Holešovice, the Riverside Court office centre and the IGY multifunctional centre in České Budějovice.
